2004年第8期,《社会科学》,杜维明:现当代儒学的转化与创新
摘要: 本文从时间、空间、阶层乃至不同的学科、不同的取径对儒家传统做了深入的阐述,并着重就”五四”以后现当代儒学的转化与可能的创新提出了自己的看法. 一、多元多样的儒家传统儒家传统可以从时间、从空间,可以从不同的社会阶层,乃至不同的方法、不同的取经来了解。这个传统和基督教的传统,和伊斯兰教的传统,和佛教的传统具有某种相似性。我并不是说儒学就是宗教,但作为一个精神文明,它是多元多样的。 从时间的跨度来讲,我曾提出过入学第三期发展的构想,这个构想事实上是非常简单的,我觉得不应该引起什么了不起的争议。就是说儒家传统从一个地方的文明、曲阜的地方文化,逐渐成为中原文化,在中国起了很大的作用,这个过程从先秦一直到两汉,可以叫第一期。然后因为佛教,因为道家思想的影响,在一段时间中国最杰出的思想家、知识分子不一定认同儒学和儒家传统,他们认同佛教,或者认同道家。 作者: 杜维明 作者单位: 哈佛大学 刊名: 社会科学 Journal: JOURNAL OF SOCIAL SCIENCES 年,卷(期): 2004, (8) 分类号: B222 K09 G04 在线出版日期:2004年09月15日 页数:10 页码:79-88 万方数据 http://www.wanfangdata.com.cn/details/detail.do?_type=perio&id=shkx200408013
